He noted that security agencies in the ECOWAS region were integrating to fight cross-border crimes.
The Assistant Commissioner also mentioned armed robbery, drug trafficking and a few others as rising vices.
He warned young people to resist the temptation of helping criminals to engage in their activities.
He advised them to always check the ownership of foreign plate vehicles with DVLA before driving or purchasing them, as well as to travel with the required travel documents in the sub-region.
