Inside Beyoncé's luxury home where she's prepared for Coachella's reunion

Beyoncé shared a glimpse of her life that most of her fans can only dream about in her movie Netecix Homecoming.

After giving birth to her twins Rumi and Sir via a caesarean section, the iconic singer then confided in one of the most difficult periods of her life.

She hid at home to plan her big comeback on Coachella, filmed for the documentary.

In the film, she admitted to being subjected to an exhausting and restrictive diet to put herself in the best possible shape before the historical event.

Homecoming also offers viewers a glimpse of family life where she would return after a hard day's work to look after her twins and her daughter Blue alongside her husband Jay Z.

In a clip, we see what appears to be a separate gym for Bey to work.

Moving from ropes of battle to squats in the sun, it was determined that the successful killer of the Formation was physically fit.

Combining workouts and dance rehearsals with her favorite SoulCycle clbades Bey stated that it had been a challenge to devote herself to work when she wanted to be home with her kids.

The mother of three children said in the movie that she weighed 21 pounds the day she gave birth to her twins: "I had to rebuild my body from cut muscles." What people do not see, Is the sacrifice "she says.

Speaking later in the documentary, she added, "It's not like before I can repeat 15 hours in a row," she adds later.

"I have children, I have a husband, I have to take care of my body."

The video also shows Bey eating an apple while she explained her extreme diet plans, which shocked the audience.

"To achieve my goals, I limit myself to not eating bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy products, no meat, no fish, no alcohol – and I've hunger."

But she adds that she staged her "homecoming": "I certainly went further than I could and I learned a very valuable lesson." I will never, never push me that far. "

In other scenes, we can see Beyoncé snuggle up against her twins on a huge sofa pampering the time spent with family between rehearsals.

She also goes to a dance studio, probably attached to her house, for her first rehearsal for Coachella.

Beyond her sweaty training, she will be able to do a workout, a dance routine and a spinning clbad in one day at the end.

Bey and Jay have been notoriously secretive about their homes, and fans have rarely seen inside their properties.

In 2013, when the icon released the movie HBO, Life Is A Dream, shortly after the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy, she was sitting comfortably in a huge house.

The couple is believed to have several properties in New York, Miami, New Orleans, The Hamptons and Los Angeles.
