Another day, another breakdown for Instagram.

Instagram seems to be down for some people on Tuesday afternoon. DownDetector showed a spike in reports starting just after 13 hours. AND.
Users have reported that Instagram will crash or not even open on their phone. Many went on Twitter to express their frustration about the outage.
Instagram fell temporarily back in June.
Instagram did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
