After being spoofed by the SNL crew over the weekend, fans of View I probably wanted to see how the ladies at the table would react on Monday, April 15th. Instead, they rebroadcast a March episode featuring SNL own Aidy Bryant.
If Bryant had been scheduled for a new show, she would have been able to guide everyone through her impression of "Arizona Princess" Meghan McCain. Chances are it would have been fun for everyone involved.
However, it was not an accident. ABC's broadcast program indicates that the recall was scheduled. The same goes for the show on April 16th. On Tuesday, viewers will attend a replay of the March show starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Preet Bharara.
In fact, there will be rehearsals of View until the 19th of April.
The view will be repeated from April 15th to 19th.
Each episode of the week will be a reminder. On Wednesday, the episode of March 27 starring Stacey Abrams will air. Thursday's show brings the audience back to February, when Mary J. Blige and the former View co-host Sara Gaines appeared.
On Friday, it will be a resumption of the episode earlier this month that featured Taraji Henson and the 2020 candidate, Tim Ryan. Despite some quality shows, fans will have no new material.
It may be disappointing for people hoping to see the ladies comment on Washington's latest gossip and news, but at least one co-host stays busy during this week's break.
Otherwise, the rest of the band seemed to be enjoying enough of their time to make fun of themselves by following the SNL bring up. (Whoopi, always a light tweeter, was the only one not to mention the skit on his Twitter account.)

'The View' returns to ABC on April 22nd.
After the week off, View will be back on Monday, April 22 with new episodes. At the time of going to press, no guests have yet been scheduled, but you can imagine that at least one congressman will come to discuss the publication of the Mueller report.
