"It's a parody"
The Brexiteers talk so much about the democratic deficit of this shambolic twist. About 17 million people are denied the right to participate in Brexit, but 66 million people live in the UK and this is hardly the will of the population. So how democratic is it to ask Parliament to vote for the third time on an agreement that has been categorically rejected twice – surely this can not be allowed by the Constitution? This is only the beginning. Nobody really realizes that we have years to come negotiations on Brexit. The WA is exactly what we need now to negotiate the future relationship – it's a travesty. "The fight can not be won but the wind turns"
On March 30, I will always wake up a citizen of the European Union. This is at least a smile. The fight can not be won, not by a long way. But the wind is turning.
Ich bin europäisch.
I am European.

"Is not this country supposed to rejoice at the dawn of a historic change?
Nobody even claims that Brexit has any meaning except to honor a stupid referendum asking an impossible question. Is not a country supposed to rejoice at the dawn of a historic change? SueSharpe
"British MPs arrogantly wait for everyone to wait for them"
Why is Parliament spending a long weekend instead of sitting on the weekend to solve this problem? Every day does more damage, not just to the British economy. The British seem to forget that Theresa May wasted time and money on everyone trying to get things done at the last minute.
As British MPs go home and get ready, the impression in the rest of the world is that there is no sense of urgency, and they arrogantly expect everyone to waits. In these circumstances, why do they expect European soldiers to grant an extension, when they do not seem to care about the amount of money they are wasting? SporadicWit
"Corbyn's support for a second referendum is a pretext"
Yesterday, we learned that the alleged support of the union for a second referendum is a pretext. Corbyn wants the Brexit (preferably his, not that of May) and does not want to risk a second referendum ending the Brexit, but must pretend to accept it to attract more people at his side. When the chips give the impression that they are likely to fall, like yesterday, he and his party vote (mainly) against. He is interested only in two things: a general election and win it. "This debacle is more and more surrealistic"
We have a Prime Minister who has repeatedly said that there will be no early elections. Held one, no matter. It went so bad for her that she had to promise never to lead her party to an election again. Most would have resigned. This same Prime Minister may now have his terrible agreement adopted through repeated votes. His deputies now promise to vote for this deal, provided that she resigns immediately afterwards.
Overtime is staggering. Then we have MPs so confused that they are apparently lost in the polling hall. Has a malicious goblin reversed the signs? How could they end up voting to give up parliamentary power? This debacle becomes more and more surreal by the minute. We all need rest. Press the stop button now, please. andersen100
'Totally disgusted'
I find it hard to think of a time when I was so disgusted with my life. So, baduming she loses her third vote, but by a smaller margin, she will come back for a fourth? This government does not represent us or our country and does not speak for us or our country. quickdrawmcgraws
"The deputies are clearly in front of the country"
MPs are clearly putting themselves and exposing their own positions in the country. The whole political system is a joke and a total betrayal. The only "agreement" that makes sense is the one we already have and we will probably never have. Any politician acting genuinely on behalf of the concerns of the country and its inhabitants would have difficulty, if not the impossibility to have to listen to this derisory lot of selfish and unprincipled hypenas of the CoC. "Do not get carried away in these quicksand"
It is up to the EU to move things forward. The smart thing to do is to avoid wasting time and extra attention and flatten the can. The box should stop here and now. Insist that the United Kingdom follow up on the treaty on international law. Otherwise, opt for a Brexit without compromise.
May of course speculated on this Brexit without agreement, of course: there was no alternative. Well, give her what she wants. Appoint a group in charge of British affairs and move on. If some politicians want to destroy their own country, the first thing to do is to avoid contagion. Do not get carried away in these quicksand. AnthonieMuller
"Whatever happens, the UK will never be the same again"
Whatever happens to Brexit, the UK will never be the same again. We are on the eve of a political revolution where policies such as austerity and fallout are considered odious by the larger mbad of the population – the majority.
To date, only one political party, perhaps a politician, has seen what is coming – the Labor Party under Jeremy Corbyn. Yesterday, Parliament almost toppled centuries of convention, while Parliament's legislature had almost taken control of the executive.
Brexit is a movement away from the centralized dictate and reflects the perceived need to control our future of the established, privately funded, and socially funded elite, including striking members of the right-wing group of deputies Conservatives and GRE, which is not to undermine Brexit, but to claim it for itself and control it for its purposes – and not those of the largest mbad of the population. washing
