English international Jadon Sancho smiled a lot when he left Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund in 2017.
His send-off from the summer, the day of the deadline, saw him make the instant jump from the city's youth team to the Dortmund team in the Bundesliga.
And his brave action paid off, with his amazing breakthrough leading to a convocation of England late last year.
Its value has skyrocketed since the £ 8 million it took Dortmund to secure its services, its value now being estimated at around £ 90m.
The 18-year-old star revealed the possibility of getting first team chances when a young player from a big club tried to get him.

"It's the best year of my life. If you ever told me a year ago that I would talk to you now, I would have thought you were crazy, "Sancho told FourFourTwo magazine.
"Why Dortmund? It speaks for itself: young people have opportunities.
"We have to thank Dortmund, because it's incredible for a team that has 80,000 supporters in every home game and who trusts young people as much.
"It was crazy to see how many clubs wanted me – it shows how good you are, but I always thought Dortmund was the right one for me."

The success of Sancho has sparked a mbadive demand for British teens in high German flight.
Reiss Nelson was loaned to Hoffenheim while his Arsenal teammate, Emile Smith Rowe, just loaned it to RB Leipzig, borrowed by Eddie Nketiah.
Bayern Munich was also relentless in the pursuit of Callum Hudson-Odoi of Chelsea.
