James 'Arg' Argent sings with sorrow as he puts his recent romantic troubles aside to entertain the crowds during a football game.

The 31-year-old star, The Only Way Is Esbad, saw her heart break after being dropped by her 38-year-old girlfriend, Gemma Collins, apparently for the last time.

But he put his emotions aside by singing a melody at the Sellebrity Charity football match at Northampton FC.

And perhaps in the hope of being able to win back Gemma, the song that Arg chose to sing was My Girl of Temptations – a fan even shouting the name of Gemma while he was describing the clbadic.

Fans attending the Sunday event were thrilled by the musical moment: one of them commented on Instagram: "Brilliant song, Arg."

The tumultuous relationship between Arg and Gemma has been well documented over the years – since the iconic moment that Gem insisted that Arg would never receive his "sweet", to his support for the last season of Dancing On Ice.

It has been suggested that the novel by Arg and Gemma ended explosively as a result of a seemingly final dramatic argument.

Reports suggested that Gemma had brutally criticized Arg as an "embarrbadment around" during the decisive dispute.

It is also believed that Gemma prevented Arg from contacting her – relationships seemingly irreparable as their partners split each other on social media.

A spokeswoman for Gemma Collins has already confirmed: "Gemma had no choice but to end this relationship.There will be no more comment."

A source told The Sun: "They had a big fit and Gemma said that James was embarrbaded to be there after he started to gain a lot of weight."
