Lerma will now miss the next League matches against Arsenal and Manchester City.

Bournemouth selection problems multiply

By including Lerma, Eddie Howe currently has seven players on the sidelines.

Callum Wilson is absent for long-term injury with a knee problem.

Winger David Woods is still out with a problem at the ankle.

Junior Stanislas came out with a torn hip while Lewis Cook and Simon Francis injured their knees.

Defender Steve Cook is also missing.
