The 50-year-old actress traveled to Cabo San Lucas with a longtime friend Courteney Cox when the flight had to turn around, according to TMZ.
The flight would have lost a wheel or tire during takeoff and, although it had reached Mexican airspace, returned to land in California for safety.
The plane was redirected to an airport located in Ontario, California, but as its fuel tank was still very full, it had to burn fuel before it could land safely.
After several hours of flying around the airport, the plane landed safely and it seems that everyone on board is doing well.
