While most women may want to start retiring at the age of five, Lopez is not one of those women. She devotes herself to her craft in a way that defies logic, and the results are evident every time she goes on stage.
Lopez recently made headlines announcing that she would play a series of concerts in several cities called the tour "It's My Party" celebrating her birthday on July 24th. Every concert is physically demanding and requires Lopez that she every night – and the only way to do it is to follow a rigorous diet and to do some exercise.
Lopez stays in optimal conditions by drinking a lot of water and says that she always makes sure to hydrate herself before a workout. While most mothers rely on their daily cup of coffee to begin with, Lopez does not drink caffeine or alcohol – although she admits to having decaffeinated coffee.
As for what she eats, Lopez keeps it clean and avoids the processed ingredients. She recently revealed that she still enjoyed dinners with friends, but that she mainly ordered salads and fish, instead of hamburger and fries. Her workout routine is intense, but Lopez admits she likes to move her body and this exercise makes her happy.

As a lover of exercise and hard work, it makes sense that Jennifer Lopez loves life on the road. Recently, on his YouTube channel, Lopez gave everyone a glimpse of the world of the tour "It's Party". In the emotionally charged video,
Lopez said she was excited about the concerts because they came together so nicely and that even though she would not want to tour for years and years without a break, she felt "the happier "on the road. This will help her bring her children and fiance, Alex Rodriguez, with her for the trip.
Later in the video, Lopez admitted that she always loved dancing and that she did not even feel on this planet when she could sing, dance or play. It is clear that Lopez is not only good at her job, but that she still loves the job itself.
