Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Jermaine Jenas, has selected Dele Alli and Moussa Sissoko for their role in the club's 1-0 victory over Inter in the Champions League.
Christian Eriksen scored the only goal of scoring the three points for the home team at Wembley Stadium, but he was prepared by the hard work of his two teammates.
The opportunity was dug on the right flank. Sissoko overtook his opponents to stand behind Inter before sending the ball into the box.
He found Dele, who was well placed to take a shot and decide against him, turned his body and picked a running Eriksen who found the bottom of the goal with a superb shot.
He pushed home perfectly to end a movement as clever as cerebral, as noted by Jenas BT Sport after the game.
"This moment of Dele, this coolness and this awareness of taking this contact and rolling his body," he said. "It's that moment of heroes.
"He has the right position, he can hit the ball, he can score the winning goal but he has that calm at such a young age to know that someone is in a better position, and find Eriksen as he it was special. "
Sissoko was the player who deserved the most praise, according to Jenas.
"You have to give credit to Sissoko," he said. "At this stage of the game, have that power and motivation.
"It's interesting to hear Mauricio talk about freedom .It is the most important thing you need as a footballer when you enter the field, the freedom to express yourself." Sissoko would have felt trapped.
"What you do with that, is that you take the easy option all the time, rather than the driving tracks you see in the end, which is why the Spurs l? have bought in first half, he starts to miss it because as long as he keeps it, no one is going to boo him.
"That's not why you're here Go and show us what you can do The beauty of that is that he has someone like Mauricio, who can take him in his arms, tell him these things, make him feel loved and now we start to see the reason he is in this football club.
"It was huge, not just the game against Chelsea, but the goal today – it's all Sissoko – and it deserves to start getting a little bit of love and a lot of credit."
