Jesse Lingard is injured against PSG
Manchester United could do without Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial after getting injured during the Champions League defeat against Paris Saint-Germain.
Lingard has been training just before half-time in the first 16 games at Old Trafford, which appeared to be a hamstring injury.
He played after being healed, but was replaced by Alexis Sanchez in the first half.
Anthony Martial was injured in the first half against PSG and replaced at halftime
Martial was injured earlier in the match and played until the interval, but did not reappear until the second half. His place was taken by Juan Mata.
The match was scoreless at the time, but United sank 2-0 in the first defeat of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as United's interim manager.
After the match, Solskjaer said that it was too early to say how long the pair would last: "You do not know, muscle injuries – hamstrings, groin, so we will have two days to evaluate them."
The two injured will be a source of concern for Solskjaer, with a series of crucial matches to come in the coming weeks.
