The Red Devils are currently in Perth for the first leg of their preparatory tour
Jesse Lingard posted a photo of himself with Paul Pogba on Twitter after the two men appeared to be involved in an altercation during the club's pre-season tour.
In a short video posted on Manchester United's official Twitter page, Pogba seemed to be exchanging heated words with Lingard as players crossed Perth.
The winner of the French World Cup seemed to take a step towards his teammate before Victor Lindelof caught him, which would have the effect of dispelling the situation.
On Tuesday afternoon, Lingard posted a photo of himself and Pogba's drive to Perth, apparently to minimize incidents.
And Hull and Bolton's former manager, Brown, insists that there is nothing "and that" clashes "have been fabricated.
"It's a witch hunt," he told the Alan Brazil Sports restaurant on Tuesday.
Jesse Lingard publishes a weird video on Instagram with Marcus Rashford leaving the fans perplexed
"I watched the video and there is nothing to do.
"Lindelof puts his arm around him to ward off a possible quarrel? They walk in the street!
"The newspapers catch the time that he does not smile."
Pogba's attitude to the club was questioned as the midfielder expressed his desire to "take up the challenge".
His agent, Mino Raiola, told talkSPORT that the 26-year-old had not done anything wrong and that he hoped to be able to fulfill his desire to leave.
Juventus and Real Madrid have been linked to the player.
