The site, www.xycareers.com/ghana, currently serves Ghana and Nigeria. It combines the latest in online recruitment technology, advanced job search options, and expertly written career articles to match candidates to the right jobs.
It also ensures that employers optimize their resources throughout the recruitment process.
To post an offer of employment on the website, employers can simply send their job offers via email to the following address: [email protected] and include a valid phone number and a support team would contact immediately.
Alternatively, employers could easily register and post a position directly from their dashboard.
Reuben Noye Tetteh, technical director and team leader of the new website, said the platform was created to fundamentally change the way employers recruit online in Ghana and ensure that every candidate would get a job within 3 months.
"This website is an advanced product and is much more advanced than other job sites in the country, but it is pleasantly friendly. We expect a great reception from employers and job seekers, "he said.
Richard Dogbe, founder and CEO of JobHouse Ghana, explained that with the new website, businesses and human resources professionals would be able to intelligently match vacancies with appropriate candidate profiles, while applicants for jobs could also match their profile to vacancies more easily.
He said that more than 100,000 graduates are recruited in Ghana each year and that too many companies are struggling to fill various vacancies.
Jobhouse Services Limited is a labor agency approved by the Ministry of Labor.
The company currently employs 16 Ghanaians and more than 800 subcontracted staff to other companies in the construction, services and other sectors.
