Cena went on Instagram to celebrate this announcement and share with fans how it was an honor to join the billion dollar box office franchise, stating, "For nearly 20 years, Fast Franchise has entertained fans and created some of the greatest cinematic moments.It is an incredible honor to join this franchise and this family. "
As for who plays Cena, it remains a mystery, although he is described as "a tough guy". Frankly, you could very well say that from anybody in these movies, so hopefully more details will be revealed soon. Cena is a perfect fit for the franchise because it has shown a natural comic timing in movies like Railway accident, sisters, and blockers. As for the action, well, we are almost certain that he will be able to handle it perfectly since the start of the ring, even if being in Bumblebee also did not hurt.
Fast & Furious 9 will not be united Cena with his former opponent The Rock, as The Rock will not be in the movie. To be fair, Dwayne Johnson has her own derivative film in Hobbs & Shaw, who strikes later this year and should also be a box office heavyweight, so he's fine.

While the rest of the Fast furious the crew will not make the jump in the fallout, you can expect the same chaotic and disproportionate action Hobbs & Shaw, and you can see the official description below.
