Ghana striker Jordan Ayew offered a decisive pbad to Crystal Palace 3-2 against Cardiff City, which automatically sent the Blue Birds to the championship.
Cardiff had to avoid defeat against the Eagles on Saturday to try his luck before the league finals.
However, they were hit in the 28th minute after Wilfred Zaha was superbly badociated with Andy Townsend to open the scoring to visitors.
One minute after daylight saving time, Neil Warnock's team tied by a goal against his right-back, Martin Kelly.

Andy Townsend scored the Eagles' third goal in the 70th minute, before Bobby Reid scored a goal for the hosts but that was not enough to save them from relegation.
Jordan was replaced by Max Meyer in the 78th minute.
