The Crystal Palace is about to make an agreement with the city of Swansea regarding a definitive transfer from striker Jordan Ayew.
Ayew, 27, was loaned last season to Selhurst Park after Swansea relegated to the Premier League.
The Ghanaian international is expected to return after making 24 appearances with Palace last season, scoring twice.
The agreement could be delayed until Ayew's return from the duty of the Africa Cup of Nations to Egypt.
Ayew – alongside his brother André – helped the Black Stars qualify for the last 16 games against Tunisia on Monday.
The International 58 Capsule signed for Swansea of Aston Villa in January 2017.
He scored 12 goals in 58 appearances in all competitions before signing a one – season deal with Palace last summer.
Swansea wanted to reduce the salaries of its highest paying employees. President Trevor Birch, admitting that the salaries of some players were "potentially crippling" for the club.
Signature of the disc Andre Ayew, who is still two years old on his contract, was loaned last year from the Turkish side of Fenerbahce to Swansea, open to bids on the 29-year-old.
