Jose Mourinho is attacking leaders who are touted for their long-term philosophy, saying that it's useless to have one if it does not lead to trophies.
The Portuguese boss was sacked by Manchester United in December after a dismal start to the season and the club seemed more and more likely to miss football in the Champions League.
His reign at Old Trafford tarnished Mourinho's management record after successes at Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Porto earlier in his career.

Since leaving Old Trafford, Mourinho has done animist work for BeIN Sports and has been as brutally honest as ever.
He has now claimed that managers who build for long-term success, such as Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino in Liverpool and Tottenham respectively, should focus more on silverware than on their philosophy.
Mourinho said, "I've won titles wherever I went and I can not run away from my mentality.
"Some coaches like to sell the idea of a philosophy, but you have to sell that philosophy after winning.
"If you do not win, what's the point?
"If your team plays very well, your team wins, so I do not like the contradictions we have today in football."
