Jose Mourinho takes the lead against Gary Neville and Paul Scholes as a result of struggles between leaders

Jose Mourinho apparently had a look at Gary Neville and Paul Scholes during their management career.

The former Manchester United Scholes midfielder lasted only 31 days with Oldham this season, while Neville struggled during his stint in Valencia.

Mourinho suggested that the criticisms he had faced during his stay at Old Trafford were unfair and that this was highlighted by the struggles of former United stars.
