Genk Joseph Aidoo and his countryman Joseph Paintsil celebrate for RKC Genk

Ghana's young striker Joseph Paintsil scored for KRC Genk in the first playoff match of the Belgian Jupilar Pro League 2019, as he beat Anderlecht 3-0 at the Luminus Arena on Saturday.

The Blues and Whites started their playoff campaign on a brilliant note after Joakim Maehle gave them the advantage in the 35th minute.

Japanese striker Junya Ito gave Genk a fantastic strike ten minutes after the break before giving up his place in Paintsil four minutes later.

Paintsil scored in the 75th minute by connecting to Bryan Heynen's superb pbad.

Joseph Aidoo warmed the winners' bench while Dennis Appiah and Francis Amuzu played 90 and 27 minutes respectively for the losers.
