Josie Gibson reveals that she lost 2 stones in 12 weeks

After losing an amazing two-stone stone in 12 weeks, Josie Gibson certainly has the right to be in the world.

The winner of the 2010 Big Brother revealed her superb weight loss in three months.

The 34-year-old has accumulated pounds by the end of 2018, reaching 16 stones after giving birth to her son Reggie last year.

But she was not paying lip service to the New Year, New Me Mantra – and her fans love her new slim look as she blogged her second big reinvention on Instagram.

She talked about her diet after birth and blamed the carbo-load for causing her a major problem.

Josie now feels at the top of the world and said using the proven method of memorizing images in her mind has helped her win the battle.

This is not the first time she has lost weight after getting tired of her figure.

She told Celebrity Secrets magazine, "I lost about two stones in the program in just 12 weeks and I feel so much better about myself.

"I put about four and a half stones while I was pregnant with Reggie!

"Take weekly pictures of your changing shape!" she told those who are also looking to get in shape.

"Whenever I needed a nudge, I just scrolled down my phone to see where I could come from."

In 2012, Josie managed to change six dollars from size 20 to size eight in a few months.

Four years later, she underwent surgery to remove any excess skin left behind by her accident.
