Jurgen Klopp explains why Divock Origi is a challenge for the Liverpool attack

Jurgen Klopp praised the importance of the resurgence of Divock Origi before the clash of the Liverpool Premier League in Southampton.

The Belgian striker found himself in disgrace earlier in the season and did not appear until November.

However, since he came out of the bench to score a crowned late winner against Everton in December, he has proven his worth to the Reds.

Origi, who has been favored by Xherdan Shaqiri and Daniel Sturridge over the last few weeks, has made the most of the opportunities that have come his way.

Klopp says he's been rewarded for his attitude and his application to Melwood after a difficult period of his career.

"Div is doing very well at training," Klopp said.

"You're right, he did not have the best time as a football player or as a human being, without getting involved a lot and everything else.

"Certainly, he felt the impact for a moment, then he came out. For a long time now, he has really trained at a high level.

"If we have the chance to play 11-11 and Div is in the other team, it's a real challenge.

"He can play at least two positions, which is good. For us, it is very important to keep the speed on the wings. Its size is also important for defensive kicks.

"All the credit goes to Div, he did very well and he absolutely deserves it. Not a second to give it has been a present this season. "
