Justin Bieber responded to Donald Trump stating that he would work to free ASAP Rocky.

The singer suggested that the US president also try to release the migrant children detained.

After a conversation with Kanye West, Mr Trump announced that he would try to free his rapper mate from detention in Sweden.

ASAP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, is currently being held in the Scandinavian nation as a result of a so-called fight in Stockholm.

Mr. Trump said on Twitter that he would make efforts to obtain Mayers' release.

He said, "I just talked to @ KanyeWest about the incarceration of his friend A $ AP Rocky.

"I'm going to call the very talented Swedish Prime Minister to see what we can do to help A $ AP Rocky.

"So many people would like this to be resolved quickly!"
