Donald Trump had a pretty weird and scandalous week, but the last thing we thought of was going to be trying to free a rapper from a Swedish jail.
All this is related to American rapper A $ AP Rocky who is being held in a Swedish prison as a result of his involvement in a street fight.
A Swedish judge has already ruled that the rapper would be in detention until July 25, but Trump has already confirmed that he was discussing with the first lady, Melania, of the Swedish authorities to release the 30-year-old man.
Trump then posted a tweet Friday night stating that he had spoken to Kanye West and hoped the situation would be "quickly resolved".
At this point, you probably thought this story could not get stranger, but Justin Bieber stepped in to ask Trump to help his friend, but also to "free these kids from the cages," an obvious reference to the kids migrants held in detention centers at the US-Mexico border.
Against all odds, Bieber makes a foray into politics on Twitter, that's fine; ask the president to help his boyfriend, but also shame the commander in chief at the same time. Genius.
Needless to say, people love the tweet of the Canadian pop star.
Elsewhere, people are simply stunned to see that we live in a weird world where Trump talks about hip-hop stars on Twitter and can even spell A $ AP Rocky's name twice!
