Kate Middleton marvels in green as she launches a confidential phone support service to families

Kate Middleton today launched a new confidential phone support service for families in need – impressing the crowd with fluid green dress.

The Duchess of Cambridge meets with workers and volunteers at Family Action, which supports anyone with issues ranging from relationship difficulties to mental health.

During her visit to Forest Hill, Kate – dressed in a long-sleeved green dress and belt from Beulah London – will meet with families supported by the organization, meet with young caregivers and meet with volunteers.

It is thought that the dress will cost £ 550.

The badociation has set up FamilyLine to provide support and advice to parents and children.

It celebrates 150 years of helping vulnerable people and now hosts around 45,000 families a year in Britain.



The Duchess joins charities to launch the new hotline

Kate's visit is hosted by David Holmes, CEO of Family Action, a member of the Duchess's steering group.

This group is looking for ways to improve the way society supports children so that they have the ability to withstand the pressures of life in adulthood.



Crowds met to see the Duchess as she appeared in South London

Kate will also see the Family Monsters campaign film produced for the 150th anniversary of Family Action.

The campaign highlights the hidden monsters that many families face, such as debt, addiction, lack of time together, relationship issues and mental health issues.
