Katrien Meire has stepped down as Sheffield Wednesday CEO
only 13 months at the office.
Hillsborough's departure from Charlton's former general manager was announced Monday night in a statement.
She said on the club's website: "Since I became a member of Sheffield on Wednesday in January 2018, everyone at the club and the fans attending matches and in the city have warmly welcomed me.
"I wish all the best to the president, staff and players of the club.
"With new director Steve Bruce and the fantastic support of our incredible fans, the club's Premier League career has never been better."
Wednesday are currently 16th in the championship, they play Millwall Tuesday night, live on Sky Sports Football via the red button.
