Kelly Preston pays tribute to her son Jett, 10 years after his death

Kelly Preston has posted a sweet tribute to his dead son Jett on social media.

The 56-year-old actress shared a picture of her and her husband John Travolta snuggle up in bed with Jett, who died suddenly at the age of 16.

"To my sweet love, Jett … you are in our hearts forever. I send love to all the beautiful autistic children and the wonderful people who love them. May we all shine and give love and respect to children with special needs? #autismawareness #autism, " Kelly caption the sweet picture. You can see the picture now on his Instagram.

Jett, who has Kawasaki syndrome at the age of two, died in January 2009 after being hit on a bathtub and having a seizure. The family was on vacation in the Bahamas at the time.
