Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah revealed that the Black Stars "will be serious about" Kenya's match on March 23rd.
The senior national team hosted the Harambee Stars in the final qualifying for CAN 2019 on Saturday, with both teams already qualifying for the competition in Egypt in June.
Despite booking a place at the biennial competition, coach Kwesi Appiah reiterated the importance of a win for his team against Kenya.
"Whatever the game played by Ghana, it is important to win and tie it with more seriousness. I think Kenya has a very good team, it's my last call and it's important that we try to get a win, "he told reporters.
After the match against Kenya on Saturday, the Black Stars will host Mauritania in a friendly international match on March 26.
Coach Kwesi Appiah revealed that the match would give him an idea of the team to parade for the 2019 CAN.
"I should have a rough idea of my CAN team after the matches but you should never reach the level where you think it's my team because they've had a lot of matches in their different clubs and everything can happen during this period, "he said.
