Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has predicted that his international teammate, Eden Hazard, will have to be patient while waiting for his expected transfer to Real Madrid.
Speculation about Hazard's future has been rife for some time now, confirming his departure from Stamford Bridge after the club's success in the Europa League last week.
"I think it's a goodbye but you never know, my dream was to play in the Premier League, I've been doing it for seven years in one of the biggest clubs in the world. Now, maybe it's time to meet a new challenge, "The Chelsea man told BT Sport after the win against rival Arsenal of London.
His Belgian teammate, Kevin De Bruyne, revealed that he was confident that Hazard will change clubs this summer, but warned his friend that the process might not be as quick as he would have liked .
"I think the move will take place, but not in 1,2,3 days," said De Bryune. VTM NIEUWS. "I had to wait 3 months when I entered City."
De Bruyne joined the German Wolfsburg in Manchester City in August 2015 to compete with Manchester City. He has since won two Premier League titles, three League Cups and one FA Cup with the club. The 27-year-old spent two years at Stamford Bridge earlier in his career, but only made nine appearances for the club before being sold to the Bundesliga team.
If Hazard evolves as expected, he signs his career in Chelsea in the best possible way, scoring two goals in the Europa League final to help his club lift its first European trophy in six years.
