Police in Kasoa, in the center of the country, arrested three Nigerians for the kidnapping and murder of a two-year-old boy.
The boy's decaying body was found in an area called Tollbooth after he was kidnapped by Nigerians three days ago.
Adom News Central Region correspondent Kofi Adjei said the suspects had been transferred to Accra for further investigation.
Preliminary investigations revealed that one of the suspects is wanted in Nigeria for several kidnappings.
Kofi Adjei noted that angry residents in Kasoa have sworn to seek justice for the deceased.
Meanwhile, the body of the deceased was dropped off at the police hospital morgue pending further investigation.
