Netflix recruited The icy adventures of Sabrina Kiernan Shipka stars and Miranda Otto for another diabolical project.
They play alongside Stanley Tucci and John Corbett in a horror film The silence, which looks like a mixture of A silent place and Bird box, two of the most acclaimed films of the genre last year.
In The silence, Shipka plays 16-year-old Ally Andrews, who lost her hearing at age 13. Their world is now attacked by terrifying creatures that hunt their human prey by sound. Ally's family takes refuge in a secluded haven of peace to discover a sinister cult that wishes to exploit its senses.
Directed by John R. Leonetti, The silence falls on the 10th of April.
