The trailer of the much-anticipated second series of Killing Eve has finally been released.
Sandra Oh is once again looking for Jodie Comer's villain Villanelle as their epic cat and mouse game resumes its initial course.
The first preview was teased on the show's official Twitter page alongside an enigmatic poem of Valentine's Day.
Sandra, winner of the Golden Globe, returns in the role of Eve Polastri in the first images of the new episodes, showing Villanelle recovering in the hospital after being stabbed by Eve in the first final of the series.
The tandem seems about to resume hunting. We can see Eve on the phone saying, "I found Villanelle, I think I'm going to kill her."
While Villanelle finds her old stuff, she finds herself digging in a kitchen draw, looking for a kitchen knife.
When asked why, she responds: "To stab you".
The trailer, which contains a slowed-down cover of Robert Palmer's Addicted To Love, also shows that Eve receives funeral flowers spelling out her own name.
A Valentine's poem shared on the show's Twitter page said: "Sometimes they see red, waiting makes them blue Eve and Villanelle, are ready for you."
The show will return on the US channel BBC America on April 7th. A British release date has not been announced yet.
