Kim Kardashian displays psoriasis after the evening at Paris Hilton and fails to send his birthday wishes to Rob

Their friendship goes back several decades.

And Kim Kardashian was certainly on hand to celebrate the birthday of her friend Paris Hilton Saturday night, despite the fact that the socialite was 38 in February.

Kim rocked a tight white dress while she watched her friend pose in a sparkling jumpsuit before sharing her fight against psoriasis in a selfie without makeup on Sunday mornings.

Kim has shown her perfected pout in a series of Instagram stories to celebrate her friend's birthday.

"Even if your birthday happened months ago … it's like that she's celebrating, months and months, but she deserves it," Kim said in a brief clip with Paris.

"It's so much fun to celebrate my birthday with you at #ClubParis," said the Hilton's heiress in a video of the couple.

Kim showed her deadly curves in a mirror selfie with Sarah Howard, editor and founder of Beauty Banter.

She admitted to her diagnosis of psoriasis during an episode of family reality TV in 2011 and has been using social media to show fans and followers that the state of her skin is not always what that it seems.

The star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians seemed to be in a better mood on Sunday morning as she was cuddling some of her kids on the couch.

Sitting alongside her sister Kourtney and grandmother MJ, accompanied by Reign, Saint, Chicago and Penelope, she subtitled the picture with a simple heart.

Kim showed a little love for her brother Rob at his 32nd birthday Sunday by posting a photo of siblings accompanied by a birthday message.

'Happy birthday to my one and only brother Robbie! I was looking for old pictures and all the incredible memories came. My best memories, however, is that you are a father and that you have become an incredible person. I love you beyond, "she wrote.

On Saturday, Khloe revealed that Rob's two-year-old daughter, Dream, had thrown him a birthday on St. Patrick's Day.
