Kodak Black criticized by fans after revealing his intention to sue Nipsey Hussle's girlfriend

American rapper Kodak Black has been criticized by fans after revealing his intention to sue Nipsey Hussle's girlfriend.

Hussle died after being injured several times in front of his shop, Marathon Clothing, in South Los Angeles on March 31, during an attack that also injured two other people.

CCTV footage revealed that the 33-year-old suspect had a tense conversation with the suspect before the shooting. The rapper was taken to a Los Angeles hospital, but his death was pronounced upon his arrival.

Hussle was in a relationship with actor Lauren London, with whom he had a two-year-old son, Kross. The rapper also had a daughter, Emani, from a previous relationship.

Less than a week after Hussle's death, 21-year-old Black, whose real name is Bill K. Kapri, revealed in an Instagram Live video that he was planning to "sue" London.

In the grainy video, the Wake up in the sky the rapper said:

She's going to be an entire widow. I will be the best man I can be for her. I will give it a whole year.

She might need a whole year to cry and shit.

One person was told that Black was trying to "get his shot", but the rapper says he could comfort London, adding:

I'm trying to be that friend on whom to support … that shoulder on which to support … you can call my line.

Although it is possible that the rapper wanted to say that he would try to be a good friend of London, his comments on "the best man [he] may be "suggest that it is after more than just friendship.

Needless to say, Hussle fans have not been impressed.

A Twitter user wrote:

Kodak Black is a disrespectful lil [sic] sh * t. How can you go on your platform and tell the world how Lauren London is single now and you give her a 1 until you jump on her.

The man had not even spent a week in the ground and you already lacked respect for his wife.

Rapper T.I even had a say as he shared a video directed at Black, telling him to "fix it quickly" and "gather your mother to go for it":

Black later shared another video in response to the negative reaction in which he had apologized to London, although he remained categorical, he had done nothing wrong.

He said:

If I did not respect you, Lauren London, in any form, I'm sorry. Even if I did not do it.

Let's hope that Black does not bother London; she has more important things to think about after losing her partner.
