Fans presented a jersey to Reverend Obofour
Part of Asante Kotoko's supporters are in the streets of Kumasi to mobilize support before Wednesday's meeting with CAF Confederation Cup Group C against ZESCO United.
The Porcupine Warriors are making their second group C face Zesco United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
As part of their campaign, the team met with Reverend Obofour, founder and chief believer of Anointed Palace Chapel, before the shock of Zesco United.
He introduced them to a custom shirt from their kit supplier Strike and asked the Kumasi-based pastor to rally support for the team in his campaign for Africa.
Edwin Okyere Boateng, Evans Owusu and Frank Appiah (sports journalist) are the leaders of Awareness Group.
Kotoko is hoping to bounce back after losing 1-0 to Al Hilal in his opening match in Sudan.
