The cholera epidemic has been spreading in Yemen since October 2016, but the number of cholera cases re-emerged after April 2017 as the country's sewage system stopped functioning due to the war.
The epidemic in Yemen broke the world record with an infection of one million people and more than 2,000 have been confirmed dead since 2017, according to the World Health Organization.
