KUWAIT CITY, Feb. 3 (Reuters) – Kuwait's Petroleum Corporation has named Walid Khalid al-Badr as the managing director of its subsidiary, KNPC, and Emad Mahmoud Sultan, chief executive officer of the Kuwait Oil Company, as its managing director.
The two officers were appointed to the board of directors to replace the members whose term had expired.
Other new directors include Sheikh Nwaf Saoud Al-Sabah, CEO of Kuwait Kuwait Petrol Exploration Company, and Abd al-Nbader Youssef AL-Faleej, Director of International Marketing, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. (Report by Ahmed Hagagy edited by Nayera Abdallah and Peter Graff)
