The owner of the LGBTQ + office located in Kwabenya, Accra, Dr Daniel Asenso Gyambibi gave his tenant, Alex Kofi Donkor, a week to pack his bags in his 5 bedroom apartment.
It comes after Dr Asenso Gyambibi contacted his lawyers, Kwabenya District Police Department, real estate agent for breach of rental contract using the facility for LGBTQ + activities.
According to the Citi News report, the landlord issued a check containing Alex Kofi Donkor’s 10-month balance of rent.
Two months ago Alex Kofi Donkor rented the 5 bedroom apartment under the pretext of using it as an office for a health NGO.
