Aduamoamankuo in Accra, a charitable organization, with support from the Ghana Water Company, has provided a portable water supply facility to the Kwahu Aduamoa community.

The effort is to help end the perennial challenges related to water in the region.

In an interview with the Ghanaian News Agency in Aduamoah, Kwahu East District, Nana Afari Mintah, head of Kwahu Aduamoamankuo, said that her organization intended to provide health facilities, of education and sanitation in Kwahu Aduamoa.

He said that the community has not had water flowing in their pipes over the last ten years and that this makes life unbearable for community members, especially during the harmattan season.

Nana Mintah said the Association would soon cut corners for the construction of a state-of-the-art maternity ward at the community health center for surrounding communities.

This, he said, aimed to end the stress that many people endure to access quality health care.

Nana Mintah called on philanthropists and non-governmental organizations to support the badociation to help achieve its goals.
