National Sports Authority board chairman Kwadwo Baah Agyemang said Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah had been inconsistent in his squad selection for the past two years.

According to him, most Ghanaians will not be able to predict the starting lineup of the Black Stars in the run-up to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

"My reservation about the coach concerns his inconsistency in the selection of his team.For the two consecutive years, I have not seen any match with the same group, but still new faces," he said. he told Oman FM.

"People do not really see his production because of his inconsistency in selecting his team.

He also mentioned that with a few months from the 2019 Nations Cup of Nations, the Ghanaian should be able to predict the starting lineup of the Black Stars.

"We should be able to predict our departure at eleven in the CAN approach."

"If you coach a team for two years and we can not predict your departure, that's a problem," he added.
