Kyle Mbadey, a former star of "That's So Raven", is being prosecuted for allegedly sending explicit photos, text and videos to a 13-year-old girl, according to court documents filed Friday.

The complaint concerns the intentional infliction of emotional distress, a prejudicial case sent with the intention of seducing a minor, an attempt to commit an obscene act with a minor and a source of annoyance or badual badault against a minor.

The girl, who was not named because of her age, says she met Mbadey, now 27, at the age of 4. As she was interested in a career in entertainment, the two men stayed in touch and Mbadey became close to his family. Mbadey even said that the girl should leave Seattle, Washington, and live with him and his girlfriend in Los Angeles.

The daughter and her mother say that Mbadey "is presented as a father figure", and their contact intensified in November 2018 when the girl indicated that she was interested in a role in a revived version of the "Raven" swarm "Cory in the House." About a month later, Mbadey reportedly asked to be the girl's girlfriend on Snapchat and shortly thereafter would have sent him "many SMS badually explicit images and videos.

The lawsuit says the girl is suing Mbadey for at least $ 1.5 million.
