Kylie Jenner confirms the cause of the "great fright" that put her daughter in the hospital

Kylie Jenner said her daughter Stormi Webster had been hospitalized for "allergic reaction".

The 21-year-old billionaire makeup mogul, owner of Kylie Cosmetics, revealed that her 15-month-old daughter had been taken to hospital after a food-related reaction.

The Keeping Up star with The Kardashians shares her daughter with rapper Travis Scott and she revealed on her Instagram story that she had "spent the day in the hospital with my baby".

Kylie wrote a picture of Stormi: "She has had an allergic reaction, but she is doing well at 100% now and we are at home, and nothing else matters when these things happen."

Sharing her empathy with other mothers who have sick children, Kylie continued, "May God bless all mothers with sick babies." I send so much love and positive energy in your own way. "

The reality TV star did not reveal what caused the allergic reaction but E! News reported that one source said that it was "related to food".

The source went on to say: "Stormi had an allergic reaction that caused great fright … They took her to the emergency room and after several hours she was sent home."

Speaking of what Kylie was feeling, the source continued, "Kylie is so relieved, it was very scary to have to rush her baby to the hospital.Luckily, she ended up well."

Stormi celebrated her first birthday in February and Kylie has already taken steps to expand her makeup empire with a line inspired by her daughter.

E! News reported that Kylie had filed a trademark for "Kylie Baby", which is in the same vein as its brands Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin.

Although she did not say what Kylie Baby would be like, KarJenner's youngest sister revealed earlier that Stormi had proved her inspiration by bringing some of her products to life.

Kylie revealed in an Instagram video last year: "Right after we picked the name of Stormi, her name really inspired me.

"I spent a lot of time on this collection and I put a lot of details on it."
