LOS ANGELES • Three hours after the whole world learned that Lady Gaga had been nominated for an Oscar for best actress for her work in A Star Is Born, the singer herself has learned it.
"I tried to sleep a bit because I'm in showbiz," she said.
She was in Los Angeles for a few days before resuming her residency in Las Vegas. Instead of getting up at 5 am, reading the applications, she just slept.
"I woke up around 8:30 and I did not know anything about it," she said.
