At Konami’s pre-E3 event tonight, Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima said that the next entry in the series, Metal Gear Solid: Rising, will not appear at E3, without further details on the reasons. Kojima said a 2012 release date for the title is still on target, as originally planned.
