Continuing to stand out as a revolutionary wrestling organization and sports entertainment entity, WWE announced a historic new partnership with sports gaming giant DraftKings on March 29, 2021. This partnership makes DraftKings the first-ever sports betting / gaming partner of WWE and will mark the first time that DraftKings has offered free pools for everything. sort of betting on the fight. BOSTON & STAMFORD, Connecticut – (BUSINESS WIRE) – DraftKings (Nasdaq: DKNG) and WWE (NYSE: WWE) today announced that DraftKings will become an Official Play Partner of WWE, subject to regulatory approval in all applicable jurisdictions. The collaboration focuses on DraftKings’ popular free pool product and will kick off with a first free pool at WrestleMania, WWE’s two-night pop culture show, on April 10-11.
“As an incredible cultural icon and sports and entertainment company, we are thrilled to partner with WWE and showcase its dedicated fan base to the DraftKings brand,” said Ezra Kucharz, Commercial Director of DraftKings. “This relationship helps fuel the engagement and drama of iconic WWE matches and storylines as audiences enjoy the second-screen experiences our products offer.
Pursuant to the agreement with WWE, DraftKings will receive an exclusive license to multimedia resources and in-game branding for WWE Pay-Per-View events. Additionally, WWE fans and DraftKings customers will be able to participate in a number of built-in and free pool contests and products, and take advantage of digital promotion and program integration.

WrestleMania takes place Saturday April 10 and Sunday April 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, and will broadcast live exclusively on Peacock at 8 p.m. ET in the US and on WWE Network elsewhere.
