Laurent Koscielny is so desperate to leave Arsenal and come back to France that he is considering buying back the rest of his contract with the club.

Arsenal, 33, knocked out Arsenal when he refused to travel with the rest of the team for their pre-season tour to the United States on Thursday, due to his desire to leave this summer.

Arsenal condemned Koscielny's actions in a statement, saying: "We are very disappointed with Laurent's actions, which go against our clear instructions.

'Laurent Koscielny refused to travel to the United States for our pre-season tour. We hope to solve this problem and we will not comment further at this time. "

Among the clubs interested in signing Koscielny are Lyon, Bordeaux and Rennes. However, Arsenal has not yet received an official offer for the captain of his club.

If no offer was presented, Koscielny could buy the rest of his £ 90,000 contract a week from Emirates, which should expire next June.

Neymar is the most famous example of a player who bought out his travel contract elsewhere when he did it in 2017 to facilitate his transfer from Barcelona to PSG.

The Brazilian and his lawyers paid the 222 million euro release clause in his Barcelona contract to become a free agent and move to PSG, who then paid the bill.

One of the reasons for Koscielny's dissatisfaction is the Arsenal club's policy of only offering one-year contracts to players over 30 years old.

According to the Evening Standard, Bordeaux is willing to offer him a three-year contract that would guarantee him long-term security.

The club's longtime captain, Arsenal, also thinks that he should be released from his contract after nine years of service after joining Lorient FC in 2010.
