Leeds United take on Celtic and Borussia Dortmund for the Premier League star and the pursuit of Ashley Cole in Derby County

Leeds United and Norwich City are considering moving to Fulham star Matt O'Riley, according to Sky Sports.

The midfielder is highly regarded at Craven Cottage after excelling in the youth ranks, but he has not yet made a league appearance for Londoners and as such is attracting attention from elsewhere.

It is thought that Leeds and Norwich would like to take this 18 year old young man, but it seems that they are facing competition from abroad.

German clubs RB Leipzig, Stuttgart and Borussia Dortmund keep an eye on O'Riley, with Celtic and the Rangers.

Reading of the ocular attacker

It is expected that the Reading players will pick up striker Nelson Oliveira of Norwich City this month.

Despite the fact that the club paid Benfica £ 5m for its services in 2016, Oliveira did not play any minute of competition against the Canaries after losing the lead under Daniel Farke.

However, according to the Mirror, it seems that Reading is willing to offer Oliveira a way out of Carrow Road and Reading's boss, Jose Gomes, has already opened discussions on an agreement.

Frank Lampard recognizes Cole's interest

Frank Lampard revealed that Derby County would be interested in the signing of his former Chelsea teammate Ashley Cole this month.

Cole has been without a club since being released by LA Galaxy at the end of the MLS season, but it looks like Derby might be about to allow the left-back to come back in the game.

"He's a great pro and a good boy, we're looking at him," Lampard said.

"I talk to Ash all the time, we are good friends.

"I know that he's very fit, fresh and wants to keep playing, so it comes to my mind because I know the influence he would have."

Mings's clubs

West Brom and Aston Villa are looking to sign a loan agreement with Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings for the rest of the season, according to Express & Star.

Mings has struggled for opportunities this season at Vitality Stadium and Darren Moore and Dean Smith have identified the defender as a player capable of strengthening his hand at the back.

However, even if Mings could be available this month, it will depend on Bournemouth's pursuit of Brentford central defender Chris Mepham.
