The Ghana Electoral Commission indicated that it was willing to transport Ghanaians wishing to participate in the next limited registration exercise in their various districts.
Dr. Bossman Asare, Vice-President of the European Commission, said in an interview with Citi Eyewitness: "If the Commission sees fit, some people have been identified and their place of residence is very far away and they must be supported in order to register, the Commission can make this decision and, under our laws, we are authorized to do so. "
The NDC has not hidden its concerns about the behavior of the electoral body lately and has openly criticized the EC for some of its decisions with which the party does not agree .
A few days ago, the party opposed the restriction of a limited district registration exercise, which it said would be unpleasant as a result of the EC's decision not to follow up on CND's request to decentralize the process.
