The victim, Linda, recently spoke to Good Morning Britain with her husband, John. The devastated parents revealed that they thought that by sending their children abroad, they were providing for the safety of their family.
But, to their astonishment, just six months after Joseph's return from Nigeria to London with his twin Jonathan, Joseph was shot in the head and died.
John who looked downcast said: "The second set of twins – I remember one day they came home saying that they were arguing at school and that a young boy who was a spectator at the time of the fight offered one of them a knife and asked him to use it.
"They came home and told us this story, and the next day we talked about it and decided to repeat what we did with the first set (by sending them to Nigeria)."
