Lionel Messi reveals that his son makes fun of him by saying "I'm Liverpool!"

Lionel Messi revealed that his son taunted him by saying "I am Liverpool" whenever the two players play football together.

The Barcelona captain was defeated by the Reds in this year's UEFA Champions League semi-finals, a competition that the Premier League team won with a 2-0 win over Tottenham in the final.

Messi scored twice against Jurgen Klopp's team in the first leg at Camp Nou, including a magnificent free kick. The La Liga champions took a 3-0 lead in the return leg at Anfield.

The 31-year-old, who has three sons, revealed how his companion Mateo (born in 2015) was using Klopp's sides to taunt his father when they played together.
